Job Description :
-Be responsible for individual achievement on Life.
-Search the new prospective client from the internet and database of SCS.
-Find the new prospective client by cold call. (Internet searching)
-Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese.
-Approach the prospect client by knocking door and making a relationship.
-Contact the client to request the information for quoting.
-Cross-selling for getting more customers in non-life team.
-Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assign.
-Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information.
-Co-ordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer.
-Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective client during bidding.
-Follow up the feedback from the prospective client.
-Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction.
-Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to renewal team smoothly.
-Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution.
-Support some of existing customers along with renewal team especially for big case to maintain with us.


Qualification:
-Experienced on new business/sales at least 2 years.
-Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
-Graduated in bachelor’s degree in any fields.
-Able to work under the pressure.
-Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.
-Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill.
-Very be more careful and can work in detail job.
-Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
-Good in English communication skill.
-Age less than 37 years old preferable.


Allowance
1. Monthly salary plus bonus at the end of year (our financial year 31 Mar.)
2. Life, accident, medical and dental insurance after probation
3. Increase salary once a year.

08:30-17:30
