【Job Description】
-Corporate with internal management and HQ staff for software development strategy including with managing resource and recruitment
-Preparing and managing budget by yearly/quarter and support some parts which related to purchasing in team
-Work with project management to ensure project status in section is accurate and issues are raised up quickly
-Monitor for overall of project status (include risk/issue) and control workload of development team
-Supervise and oversee for development team to set target to improve for both technical and process.
-Analyzing and solving any problems accordingly

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s Degrees of Engineering, Computer Science or related field
-At least 7 years of experience in software development (Embedded system is preferred)
-More than 2 years of experience in management role
-Proven track records in leading a team of over 15 members on multiple projects
-Experience in managing/delivering large-scale projects
-Strong experience of software development life cycle, software development process and documents.
-Strong experience for project management skill and able to handle/control for any pressure/variety of situation in project. (CMMI/PMP is advantage)
-Strong skill of company, people/team management, organizational, communication, leader ship, logical thinking and analytical
-Good command of English (Can communicate in Japanese will be a plus)


【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance : 500,600,700,800,1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year (Not fixed : Total payment in last year average 6.5 Month + special money 70,000 THB)
-Provident fund : 5%
