【Job Description】
-Generate sales leads based on manufacturing/retail industry and optimize through ATL and BTL.
-Work together well with department heads to manage cross-functional teams effectively to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
-Create awareness on products and services via website /social media/ emails/ seminars/ exhibitions/ organization/ government body.
-Produce marketing proposal or presentation based on specific solution by industry for Sales personnel.
-Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, monitoring and analyzing sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
-Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor share, and competitor strengths and weaknesses, including working with sales/ business development to forecast projected business and establish targeted market share.
-Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate merchandising, marketing collateral and trade promotion programs, including inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video clips, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
-Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with technology partners, business partners, sales departments and advertising agencies.
-Execute and lead planning and execution of tradeshow, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships and exhibitions.
-Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
-Together with Product Marketing, provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
-Assist in maintaining good rapport with key accounts and industry organizer councils by making periodic contacts, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
-Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to the management to create effective sales tools.
-Manage product price list and conduct break even analysis (Partners’ Discounts), make recommendations and proposals to management.
-Oversee and maintain customer databases via SalesForce CRM, including the lead generation reports.
-Ensure availability of marketing materials and source files.
【Qualification】
-Minimum education level : Tertiary/Graduate Sales and Marketing, Management, Business Management
-Experience : Marketing management with minimum 3 years of relevant experience Sales and Marketing management
-Knowledge : Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive and Analysis and Understanding
