• Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer)
• Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on.
• Supervise construction site and check the building quality
• Propose better designs in order to improve building quality.
• Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor
• Interpret (Thai <-> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings
• Translate documents (Thai <-> Eng.)
