1. Manage production control, capacity review, allocate mold, machine, optimize material in order to reduce waste
material in production line, follow up and control operation department in order to ensure production follow plan
and ensure all plan issue are complete material and packaging in order to smooth production operation and
production efficiency.
2. Manage material control function by purchase materials to support new and current model with suitable
inventory level to support customer and production line, minimize dead stock and summary inventory excess due
to customer change demand and purpose to customer for solution. By contract with supplier closely on day-to-day
operation for daily and weekly delivery order.
3. Manage Inventory control on data entry process and ensure accuracy and on time include recheck and follow up
inventory at sub-contractor aging inventory and total plant aging inventory FG, RM, WIP and EOL control.
