【Job Description】
‐ Follow-up from order receipt to the start of mass production
- Organizing TPR meetings
- Customer communication and document submission (such as PPAP)
- Customer audit support leading up to mass production

【Qualification】
- At least one year of knowledge and experience in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control)
- Able to create documents and communicate via email with clients in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in creating PPAP documents
- Knowledge of IATF and ISO9001 standards
- Experience in analyzing defects or issues, creating reports, explaining, and following up with clients
