【Job Description】
- Managing and executing the procedures for transferring property ownership.
- Handling legal procedures and document preparation for condominium or single-family home transactions.
- Creating, submitting, and processing documents and contracts related to property transfer.
- Negotiating with the Department of Lands, Government
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Understanding and responding appropriately to instructions and reports regarding real estate transactions in English.
【Qualification】
- Experience in condominium or detached house ownership transfer tasks or similar experience
- Experience of ”title transfer" or "property conveyancing"
- Experience of Sales Coordinator in Real estate company.
- Negotiating with the Department of Lands, Government
