【Job Description】
- Supervising and Checking the construction progress and ensuring adherence to project plans related to residential projects.
- Overseeing finishing work such as repairs and other tasks to ensure the quality and timely completion of -
- Coordinating with clients and suppliers and Bid coordination
- Managing the procurement process for construction materials, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory management, Estimating tasks.
- Communicating with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, including providing instructions and receiving updates
- Preparing and reviewing reports, documentation.


【Qualification】
- Need experience of Construction Operation
- Need experience of Site engineer on-site
- English: Communicable within the company
