【Job Description】
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Plasticolors’products and services
- Generate sales from new business and achieve an assigned sales target.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

【Qualification】
- Thai Nationality 30 years old or more
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in masterbatch/ plastic (additives or pigments) industrial for minimum 5 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communicate in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Good communicate & approach to customers
- Work independently
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Have driving license and own car.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social security fund (SSC): will be included in the salary package
- Health insurance: don’t have but substituted with annual medical check up paid by the company after pass probation
- Bonus structure: will be discussed after the sales executive pass probation
- Incentives/Commissions: will be discussed after the sales executive pass probation
- Car allowance or company-provided vehicle: car rental allowance of THB 10,000

Monday- Friday : 08.00-17.30
