【Job Description】
บริหารจัดการเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกตั้งแต่ 50 ตันถึง 1,000 ตัน
Molding mold exchange, molding condition setting
-การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องขึ้นรูปและเครื่องนำออก
-การควบคุมและการประกันคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต
-การตอบสนองต่อความผิดปกติของการผลิต (ตรวจสอบสาเหตุและพิจารณามาตรการรับมือ)
-เปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (พยายามกำหนดเงื่อนไข)
-ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ

【Qualification】
-Experience of set up conditions and mold for plastic injection
-No language skill is required

【Allowance & Benefit】
Perfect attendance: 500 / 750 / 1,000 THB *After probation
Transportation allowance: 35 THB / day
Food allowance: 35 THB / day (O.T. + 25 THB / day)
OT
Shift allowance: 60 THB / day
Medical Insurance *After probation
Annual health checkup
Uniform

【Working Hour】
Mon - Sat 7:50 - 16:50
*Sat - Up to the company's rule (about every other week)

Plastic injection Technician

รายละเอียดงาน
1)Taking care problems in production line (Machine, robot)
2)Setting machine condition and prepare mold.
3)Assist in major overhaul of equipment.
4)Carry out product trial.
5)Check product quality and report.
6)Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
7)Recording of daily output data and machine performance data.
8)Adjust condition for injection plastic

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Male, Age between 25 - 35 years old.
Vocational Certificate or High Vocation Certificate in Technical or any field related.
3-5 years experiences in Plastic Injection and Mold understanding is an advantage.
Able to handle New Model and Injection Trial.
Able to Manufacturing documents systems and knowledge of ISO 9001
Able to issue document concerning to New Model for report to leader.
Able to adjust condition and preparing injection machine.
Able to working under pressure well and can be active and motivation by your self
Good command communication. Basic English is a must. (Japanese speaking is a plus)
