【Job Description】
■HR
- Collecting local legal information, interpreting/judging, and making proposals report
- Proposing systems to improve local employee motivation
- Proposing systems to reduce turnover rates
- Building relationships with all employees
- Management of event planning to improve internal communication
- Managing tasks related to contracts and HR labor issues and proposing operational improvements
■Admin
- Management of contract documents (subordinate handle)
- Leader of the office relocation project
- Daily office maintenance-related tasks (subordinate handle)
■Accounting
- Managing and guiding subordinates who interact with the accounting firm.
(Subordinates in charge of invoices and accounting also handle the above Admin tasks.)

【Qualification】
- At least 10 years of experience as HR or back office position
- Having experience of working in companies with 20-100 employees (Experience in enterprise company will be advantage)
- Having experience of organizational expansion and development
- Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond their defined job scope
- Proficient in business English (for both foreign and Japanese companies)
- Able to build relationship with other Thai managers (around 40 years old)
