【Job Description】
This position will be needed to help the Company expand into new markets and product lines. In addition, will provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relations with customers, manufacturers, and sales representatives. Moreover, must be a positive, energetic leader who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies
- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting with company executives to discuss sales results, client satisfaction, and product performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting strategies to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage in the market
- Establishing long-term business goals and developing plans to achieve them
【Qualification】
- Experience using sales tracking or customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience
- Communication skills, negotiation and collaboration
- Product knowledge
- Problem-solving, mentoring, and coaching
- Leadership
- Business computing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business solutions or other related
- Management level experience
