【Job Description】
- Responsible for the wholes job of store.
- Manage work of Shop Staff (services, sales, cashier).
- Be a window person between Head Office and Store operations.
- Deploy the policy from management to all staff, in order to make an efficient corporate working.
- Control working schedule and assign various duties to Shop Staff.
- Introduce products, services, promotion and campaign to customers.
- Arrange products in the store ready for sales.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in any field or higher level.
- Experience 5 years in store management in apparel business.
- Passionate in fashion
- Overseeing the daily operations of store and service for making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services.
- Have results of the Japanese language proficiency test Level N3.
