【Job Description】
Sales of OEM product for Japanese Tier 1 automotive maker.
Responsible for the commercial aspects of all company product/component as cross sales functional customer team in ASEAN , it's located in such as in Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.
- Planning of business strategy with division incl. acquisition and pre-selling activities for long term Mobility Sector market growth in ASEAN
- Customer Relationship Management (maining close communication with customer)
- Contract Negotiation with customer (Master Purchase Agreement, NDA, MoU, etc)
- Monitor/track and support project specific issues. (running projects)
- Alignment of all customer related activities with the concerned internal customer team
- Handling of general / non project specific customer requirements as customer window
- Innovation management and coordination with customer regarding future trends
- Executing customer specific innovation events (e.g. tech show, mgmt. meeting)
- Taking leadership and coordination of cross-Divisional subjects and cross-selling at the customer, aligning one voice to the customer
- Price management: Globally prepare and lead negotiation considering changes incl. volume effects, economical impacts etc into piece price
- Business trip overseas will be expected 1~2 times a year,
depending on the capability of the candidate to support overseas customers in ASEAN, going individually.
Basically contact with the oversea clients by calling and emails.
- Since our products is OEM, Sales towards the purchasing team in the factory.
【B2B sales】
- "New client" 10%, "Existing client" 90%
- Visit their factory in Rayong for once a few months.
- This position will take care not only the product, but will need to customer service proposals too (this does not include aftermarket sales and services).
- The department to belong is " Sales original equipment "
- This position needs to use Japanese for communicating with Japanese clients in ASEAN.
【Qualification】
- Language
English : Business level (2.7)
* Internal conversation is in English
① Thai / Dual nationality ⇒ Japanese Business + EN Business + TH (Native)
② Japanese nationality ⇒ EN Business + JP (Native)
【Skills and personality 】
- Have experience in automotive market
- Be able to have good communication with team and others (to all nationalities)
- Fluent in English/Japanese (daily conversation will take place in English)
- Have PC skills (Word, Excel, power point, etc)
- Who can take leadership
- Have toughness and resilience
- Have willingness and proactiveness
- Language :
Good command of English & Japanese
(Use English as working language / JLPT N2 above)
- 3 years + experience in team management & Project management
- 6 year + sales experience in automotive industry
- 4 years working experience in international company
- Good knowledge of automotive industry, Global sales experience
communication, negotiation, presentation, marketing, etc.
- Familiar with automotive product development process (APQP, PPAP, QS9000, TS16949)
- Education Background: Bachelor, Major in engineering area, prefer in Automotive related major
