【Job Description】
- Responsible for ocean freight and air freight shipments
- Utilize routing information to create freight booking, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency for the loads
- Coordinate with customer, shipping lines, airline, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments
- Tracking, tracing and updating the status of shipment.
- Ensure smooth operations / documentations
- Expedite payment to carriers, and airline for pick up B/L or Airwaybill.
- Identify, measure, and maintain key performance indicators
- Create summary reports and send to Management
- Issuing financial billing process, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Thai, Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Having knowledge of international freight forwarding inbound and outbound documentation, knowledge of Incoterms and Import-Export regulations
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Import-Export (freight forwarding)
- Excellent Command of English
- Able to communicate in Japanese (N3 or higher)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be able to work under pressure
- Customs Clearance Expertise will be an advantage
