【Job Description】
- Developing detailed plans for new designs and products.
- Making determinations for equipment, staffs and needs.
- Proposing project and program budgets
- Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processes.
- Designing engineering experiments.
- Checking team's work for technical accuracy.
- Ensuring the validity of methods used by staff.
- Coordinating work with other managers and staffs.
- Manage 18 staffs
- Control energy supply and maintain utility machine
- Support energy saving project: ISO140001,IATF16949 and GRS

【Qualification】
- Male age 30-35 Years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanic engineering
- Experienced in engineer or technical 5 Years up
- Have related experience more than 5 years (utility control of factory)
- Have English communication skill TOEIC 400+
- Have skill of AutoCAD program
- Having communication skills and working with other management personnel also effectively communicate instructions while leading the team to meet their goals.
- Possess advanced skills using computer programs, Autocad, PLC, electrical, etc.
- Possess high leadership and principled thinking.
- Possess analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Pay atention and detail-oriented for understanding complex system.
- Having mathmetics skills for developing new processess and product.
- Knowing and applying current industry standards and information.
- Having up-to-date knowledge and technical skills.
- Having certificate/license in accordance with local regulation.
- Proven electrical/maintenance/utility and repair experience.
- Able to work and support on national holidays.


【Allowance & Benefit】
-50% of the assistance of medical fee and dental fee.
