【Job Description】
Production Control management (80%)
-Liaison with customers
Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico / Group companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai
-Get a firm order
-Data system input for production management / MRP
Inventory check, production management, parts ordering, inventory reservation)
-Based on the order information, report the order of parts to the Japanese manager of the Production Control Department.
-Shipping instructions (before shipment, will issue shipping instructions to the warehouse)
-Adjustment of delivery date
-Prepare shipping instructions from MRP one week before shipment and report them to the production planning manager in Japan.
-Inform customers that there are no shortages
-Switch the way of sending product : Between sea and air freight

Procurement (20%)
-Check how many orders are needed by checking the excess or shortage of parts on the system,
and if there is a shortage, order additional parts from the Japan headquarters.
-Order POs from Purchasing

【Qualification】
[ Must ]
- At least 3 years experience of production planning coordinating
- Experience managing the entire production flow (management experience)

[ Better ]
- Experience at an auto parts manufacturer is preferred
(Plastic parts would be better)
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse management, etc., as well as office work, is better
* Depends on the experience, a salary range of up to 60,000B is possible
* If speak Japanese, more advantage
