【Job Description】
-Receive and confirm orders with international customers (Indonesia / Malaysia / USA / India / Japan).
-Place orders with factories (Thailand / China) and follow up on order status.
-Plan product shipments and coordinate with all related parties to ensure delivery to customers.
-Have knowledge of import-export procedures.
-Support other customer requests.
-Record related information in the company's system.
-Coordinate with internal and external departments.
-Other tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
-Male or Female age 24-28 years old
-Education : Bachelor Degree
-Have experience about customer service to support oversea customer.
-Good English language skills.
-Good computer skill. / Microsoft office.
