【Job Description】
Main job :
-Based on consumer point of view, setting target consumers, plaining and implementation for product strategy (product development, package and price), sales strategy(including EC) and communication strategy
-Management product P/L
-Planning and implementation of consumer research
-Making marketing plan and implementation (Target + Product, Price, Place, Promotion)
-Propose new or improving existing products to target customers.
-Planning and implementation of communication strategy (planning and management for company HP, SNS etc.,)

Sub job :
-Work closely with RD, Sale, Production, QC team for new product requirement and launching schedule.
-Other task as assignment.


【Qualification】
-Bachelor degree of Marketing or related field.
-Experience 5 years up. for Marketimng of FMCG (Bakery, Confectionery, Beverage industry are ideals)
-Understanding production cost, price structure and P/L.
-Management product P/L.
-B to C experience.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professionalism, ethics, and a sense of responsibility.
-Have the ability to communicate in English.
-Good skill in Microsoft office.
-Able to travel to work by yourself.

【Working Hour】
-Monday-Friday 8:00-17:45
