【Job Description】
-Working at new department as a member with the other new member and existing Japanese advisor.
-To give technical advice and responsible for human resource development with changing mind for factory engineering department members.
-To supervise and instruct Engineering Department in each factory, and follow-up progress of following items
-Cost (repair costs, utility costs, etc.)
-Tasks (capital investment, cost reduction, troubleshooting, etc.)
-Energy saving
-To implement special engineering missions in cooperation with factory.

【Qualification】
- Male/Female age from 40 to 60 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering

(MUST)
-Engineering skill and experience for Utility(boiler, compressor,water, etc) or Electric field or Mechanical field in factory of manufacturing industry.
-Experience of maintenance management or installing new equipment.
-Can speak English

(WANT)
-Experience of management at Engineering organization
-Have engineering expert skills in expert field
-Ability to carry out work with sense of responsibility and balance.
-Better if can speak Japanese

【Allowance & Benefit】
-50% of the assistance of medical fee and dental fee.
