【Job Description】
- Prepare sale report for meeting and generate Monthly report
- Interpret during meeting (Thai-Japanese and vice versa)
- Support Trainer and Sale team such as translate training document & email or prepare document for meeting, etc.
- Sale team working time & shift checking. And sale team expense checking.
- Support On-counter activity such as data generate, GWP stock check, etc.
【Qualification】
- Female 27-35 years
- Japanese speaking (N1/ N2)
- Experience of interpreting at sale meeting is a Plus. (Thai –Japanese and vice versa)
- Business level in English
- Good excel skills / VLOOKUP
- Working experience minimum 3 years (Admin / Interpreter / Sale support experience are all accepted. No need to have Training nor Cosmetic field experience. But it will be a Plus.)
- Good communication and team work skill
