【Job Description】
- Oversee the implementation of the JLPT in Thailand, conducted twice a year. Coordinate and manage communication with local implementation agencies within Thailand.
- Oversee and handle the practical aspects of the Japanese Language Education Institutions Survey, conducted once every three years.
- Manage Japanese language education-related subsidy programs, including application acceptance, checking accounting documents, and reviewing reports.
- Coordinate communication with various institutions (Ministry of Education, TPA, OJSAT, universities, secondary education institutions, etc.).
- Perform administrative tasks within the Japanese Language Department, such as supporting the preparation and management of seminars.
- Understand instructions from headquarters written in Japanese (mainly documents), and disseminate, instruct, and manage these to Thai staff and external stakeholders.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai / Gender: Not specified / Age: Around 30s and 40s
- Japanese language skills: Business level or higher (N2, N1), capable of simple interpreting (Thai-Japanese) in meetings with external Thai organizations and schools
- English language skills: Business level or higher, capable of creating and handling business letters, reading and writing (more opportunities for reading and writing than speaking)
- Work experience in a Japanese company
- Able to proactively carry out tasks as a primary person in charge, not just as an assistant
