【Job Description】
• Working closely with Japanese and Thai Manager to manage store related. • Manage and analyze budget and actual result, and propose action plans for further development.
• Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. • Responsibility for E-Commerce transaction.
• Support all store operations for all branches when store staff are absent. • Manage supporting staff, motivate, educate and training members to accomplish goal, follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. • Deal with all issues that arise from customers or staff. (complaints, grievances etc.) • Support other tasks if there any requested.

【Qualification】
• Male, Female Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Age 30 – 40 years old.
• 3-5 years (or more) experience in retail business. (Luxury brand related field would be advantage)
• Available to work on weekend (Shift working)
• Good command of listening and speaking English.
• Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude.
• Can work well under pressure Good team player and time management skills. • Abel to work in all branches if assigned.

【Working Hour】
Available to work on weekend (Sat-Sun), Assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day. Store opening time is Department Store time (9.45-22:00)
