【Job Description】
- Create and promote new model activities and manage the schedule to achieve the QDC (Quality/Delivery/Cost) target of new model development.
- Coordinate and progress the activity with the R&D unit and the Sales department and other related work.
- Monitor the status of new model development, and manage and solve project issues with concerned divisions.
- Designing and developing the part concept for package prototype build and performing to the customer and or production.
- Analyze cost comparison between new & base models to promote cost improvement.
- Conduct meetings as a facilitator of each activity, and encourage the activity from start to SOP to achieve each criterion with the R&D and sales units.
- Prepare work standards for new models (OPS) and prepare Q points and related documents.
- Plan and calculate orders for the new model ‘s packaging. Transport test until requesting approval by the customer's plan
Summarize the model status and report periodically.
- Control and prepare budgets in the department operate within the allocated budget and analyze the differences between the budget plan and Actual.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Support Delivery and control logistics in the production planning department


【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement engineering related to new model preparation and procurement managing are required.
- Experience in the Automotive field, and knowledge of part design or part production is preferable.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and comfortably adjust to changes in situations or conditions at work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other design program would be a plus.
- Able to read drawings and design packaging FG and In Process.
