【Job Description】
- Handle the entire manufacturing operations in the Sintering Section.
- Ensure that the production operations follow the company's standards, policies, and practices.
- Improve and build robust process control to minimize process variation using the Sintering engineering approach.
- Leading the functional team as a member of a problem-solving team to fix and prevent the problem
- Controls budgets and exercises control over capital investment and operating expenditures.
- Ensure that manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Plans and monitors maintenance tasks for the plant, equipment, and machinery.
- Controls the maintenance budget and expenses.
- Organize staff training to increase the efficiency of work.
- Control the use of raw materials to the highest efficiency according to the target.
- Control the cost of production to meet the standards of each product.
- Reduce production costs, and waste and apply technology to increase productivity and OEE.
- Control and participate in activities that promote the production of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Muda, and TPM
- Controlling manpower under cost management.
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. Overall People development and management.
- Propose options or solutions for modifying or improving equipment to improve productivity and build the new product on the current equipment platform
- Responsible and work by the procedures, quality management standards, and safety management including supporting the certification system in all standards.
- Oversee incidents, accidents, and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action case closure.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Press machine for Irion Power, Mold Die, Tools and Materials, or related.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Sintering process or die casting of any products, especially automotive business. (Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance)
- Have a deep understanding of metallurgical, tools, equipment, and strategies to maximize production workflows.
- Able to act decisively and quickly on factory floor issues thus minimizing downtime
- Have experience in controlling heat treatment in production work plans and work efficiency.
- Able to develop High-Pressure in sintering process manufacturing parameters.
- Able to Set Heat conditions according to machine requirements and production process.
- Troubleshoot and implement corrective action for Sintering quality issues.
- Analyze and solve complex press process and sintering process problems.
- Ability to set up the work standard and continuously maintain and improve.
- Able to maintain and improve the quality and productivity of manufacturing.
- Take care of mold fixing and troubleshooting the sintering and press process.
- Can plan sintering oven maintenance to support production plan and target.
- Able to control the use of new molds and actual JIG use, repairing and solving mold problems according to plan. Control repair techniques and mold press techniques.
- Coordinate with related departments to reduce problem machine breakdowns caused by mold trouble.
- Must be self-directed and able to communicate effectively with others section and subordinates in the section.
