【Job Description】
-Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products.
-Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing.
-Developing plans to help a company manage waste.
-Developing a workflow for product inspection.
-Developing and implementing standards for inspection.
-Handling quality reports and documentation.
-Collection and analyzing quality assurance data.
-Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
-Overseeing the quality assurance team.
-Training QA menber and other employees on quality procedures and all inspection processess.
-Following up with the appropiate channels and communicate with other team members when mistakes are found.
-Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies.


【Qualification】
-Male age 30-35 years old
-Bachelor's degree of Engineering mechanical, science or related field.
-Experienced in engineer 5-10 years up.
-English at intermediate level.
-A keen eye for detail.
-Experienced in quality management system.
-Possess leadership, teaching and decision making skills.
-Possess critical thinking skills.
-Possess interpersonal and communication skills.
-Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Possess strong ability with numbers and data analysis skills.
-Possess strong problems solving skill (8D, QCC)
-Having technical skills and comfort with databases and report generation software.
-Having database management and computer literacy (Power BI)
-Understanding of quality assurance processess and standards.
-Understanding 7 wastes and material flow
-Consistently identifying mistakes across vary inspections and closely follow quality standards.
-Having knowledge of ISO9001 / GRS
-Having knowledge of tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP)
-IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 are required.
-Experienced in automotive field is a plus.
-Having knowledge of weaving process and preparation is a plus.
-Experienced in textile business is a plus.
