【Job Description】
- Corporate launch procedures,
- Reporting to the head office in Japan
- Coordination with accounting firms, accounting business support, negotiations with subcontractors, various contract work
- Staff recruitment, interviews, interpreting during interviews, managing employees, reviewing benefits, and developing company rules
- In-house interpretation, translation of communications from Japan headquarters, accompanying interpreter during sales

【Qualification】
- Experience working at a Japanese company (start-up experience is preferred)
- Japanese Proficiency Test N2 or higher or equivalent Japanese proficiency
- More than 5 years of HR & General Affairs experience
