【Job Description】
1. แนะนำให้ลูกค้าเห็นประโยชน์และสามารถใช้งานสินค้า บริการ รวมถึงแนะนำการส่งเสริมการขายที่เกี่ยวข้องผ่านการเข้าพบและช่องทางอื่นๆ (โทร, อีเมล)
Educate customer to use company service, product and promote relate campaign to customers through visitation and other channels (Tel, E-mail)
2. ซัพพอร์ตลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดระหว่างกระบวนการสั่งซื้อ ทั้ง Inbound และ Outbound รวมถึงการดำเนินการในระบบของลูกค้าหากจำเป็น
Be contact person for allocated customers, solve the barrier during purchasing process both inbound and outbound, including customer system operation if necessary
3. ประสานงานฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น ฝ่ายสินค้าเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการลูกค้าเรื่องกำหนดจัดส่ง ราคา ข้อมูลสินค้าและ อื่นๆ
Coordinate with product team to fulfill customer request in term of lead time, price, product info etc.
4. ตรวจสอบความเคลื่อนไหวของกลุ่มลูกค้า ตลาด คู่แข่ง พร้อมนำเสนอแผนการเพื่อขยายส่วนแบ่งตลาดในกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Research the movements of customers, markets, competitors and consider action plan to expand market and market share among the assigned customer groups.



【Qualification】
-Bachelor degree with 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineer or other related field
1. มีทักษะสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางที่ดีในระดับเจ้าของภาษาหรือระดับธุรกิจ Good command in Chinses languages (Mandarin), native level or business level.
2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งน้ำเสียง วิธีการพูด และการจัดการอารมณ์ และมีทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้คนที่ดี Have good communication skill such as voice and emotion management, good interpersonal skill
3. มีใจรักงานบริการ Have service mind
4. มีความรับผิดชอบ Have responsibility
5. มีความรู้และ/หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม ลูกค้ากลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม Have knowledge and/or experience with industrial products, industrial customers
6. สามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ อย่างน้อยสำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและเขียนรายงาน Can write and read English for the internal communication and reporting
