【Job Description】

Main job :
-Propose new or existing products to target customers.
-Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
-Mange sale activity and forecast sale volume.
-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
-Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products.
-Solving the unexpected situations.

Sub job :
-Receive order from customer and confirm order
-Lead and coordinate for export work.
-Other task as assignment.
-Follow company activity as management assign and company strategies of sales.
-Work closely with RD team for new product requirement and launching schedule.


【Qualification】
-Having ability to utilize necessary management resources and complete company tasks (issues) promptly and persistently according to the planned schedule.
-Experience more than 5 years about FMCG sales (B to C), Hard negotiator (Bakery, Confectionery, foods (B to C) experience is ideal.)
-Experienced manage P/L (sales and profit) per customer (retailer) (This position is required to manage profit per customer in addition to the sales)
-Marketing (Customer oriented) mind is essentials.
-Having knowledge about COG
-Experienced to manage subordinate (High ability team building (to utilize human resource) and collaborate with related department)
-Export business experience (USA, ASEAN countries etc.,) is ideal
-English communication skill (especially conversation) is essential
