【Job Description】
- Oversees the regional operations of a company to achieve the company's sales, profit, and net profit.
- Manage the sales and service systems of all subordinates.
- Develop plans and policies for operations, summarize, collect, and review the accuracy and completeness of subordinate work performance documents.
- Coordinate with major customers for submit service process details or customers product’s using problem and follow up with solutions, control and approve budget issue of assigned area and coordinate with related sections.
- Visit customers with Sales Reps. to present the product, follow debt, acknowledge problem, and make relation with customers.
- Other related tasks as required.

【Qualification】
- Male, age between 40 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineer, Marketing, Business Management etc.
- Experience at least 5 years of Sales , After sales service manager in Construction Machinery / Excavator / Trucks products.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; a positive attitude, good planning, and decision-making skills.
- Good command of English skill.
- Good in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge of products and processes in production and sales.
- Excellent skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to travel in upcountry.
- Can drive a car with driving license.
