【Job Description】
- New project promotion management : Create product concepts and persona proposals based on data gathered from market and competitor research.
- Creating and execution of advertising strategy from sales start to sold out : For housing and condominium(Online and Offline)
- Budget and schedule management ：Proposing methods to maximize outcomes with limited resources and time.
- Updating the new marketing trend and market situation : Always seek out new business opportunities and create new challenges for the company.
- Managing marketing agencies and suppliers : In any situation, use your strong communication abilities to seek cooperation from outside entities.

【Qualification】
‐ Minimum 2 years working experience in digital marketing, marketing communication or related field in real estate business
- Experience with marketing campaigns and online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
- Communication in English language
