【Job Description】
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial market in Thailand.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand customer needs and ensure that the company's products and services meet those needs.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to be successful.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales activities are aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Engineering is prefered)
- Knowledge of the industrial market in Thailand is preferred. (Channel sales experience in industrial space. Automation, Logistics, Components etc.)
- Experienced in managing sales team
- Key account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Need own car and license
