【Job Description】
- Review and approve estimates and reports prepared by department members.
- Provide advice and make necessary adjustments to inquiries handled by department members, as well as coordinate with other departments.
- Adjust the workload balance among department members.
- Evaluate for salary increases and bonuses.

【Qualification】
- Candidates with certifications related to environmental fields such as water quality or air quality are preferred.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or higher in the design or maintenance department of a wastewater treatment/water treatment engineering company.
- Experience managing a team of five or more subordinates in a wastewater treatment/water treatment engineering company.
- Five or more years of experience working at a single wastewater treatment/water treatment engineering company.
- Experience working at a Japanese company is preferred.
