【Job Description】
-Oversee the existing products and new businesses as a whole
-Cooperate with Thai manager who is responsible for Okura, Mango to submit regular reports to Japanese
-Control KPI & budget as set
-Visit countryside to find new farmers and to take care of existing farmers working for the company about the production
-Take care of existing farmers
-Take care of the company's sitefarm
-Manage 5~10 agricultural workers about the production of baby corn
-Perform agricultural work

【Qualification】
Those who have experience in
-manager position
-controlling budget
-working in the agricultural industry more than 10 years

Those who are able to read P/L & accounting documents

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Social insurance
-Overtime allowance according to the position *Only when ordered by the company.
Staying late to finish work on your own is not eligible.

-Commuting allowance: Please see below.
1. Staff who are beyond 50 km for commute
→ 60% of the declared commuting route will be paid at actual cost.
2. Staff who are not beyond 50 km for commute
→ 80% of the declared commuting route will be paid at actual cost.

-Bonus: Depends on performance (if applicable, paid once a year in December)
-Others: If Staff who is work over 1 Year , Company will pay gift Birthday 400 THB

-Business trip expenses
