【Job Description】
- Manage export, import shipment by working with related department distributor.
- Handle & release bill of lading and delivery order
- Coordinating with messenger
- To monitor and follow up job completion with export & import document team
- To coordinate with other department on operational activities.
- Release export & import documents to customers with the right information and right time
- To monitor and update bill of lading type into system
- To handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to external customer.
- Monitor late pick up from customer's updated into systems and issue invoice


【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Age 22 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
- Welcome new graduated
- Have experience in shipping/Sea Freight and forwarding business.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to influence and build relationships.
- Basic English communication.


【Allowance & Benefit】
