【Job Description】
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to offer customized payment solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
and professionally.
- Work closely with the operation teams and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and
seamless integration of our services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify
opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure they are utilizing Chill Pay's services effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met.
- Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to ensure client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and
recommendations.


【Qualification】
- No gender restrictions; we welcome candidates of all genders.
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Relationship Manager or in a relevant role from
a bank in Thailand.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems, including online payment gateways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with
clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Google G-Suit and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (required).
