【Job Description】
- To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
- To make feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
- To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business
- To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
- To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business

- Partner sales force instructions
- Housing sales and delivery management
- PJ marketing management, etc. and promote sales.
- This job is not to sell housing products to customers myself, but to manage partners

【Qualification】
- Age 30s
- English Business level
- Experienced in marketing, BD, Sales of Real Estate developer for around 3 years more
