【Job Description】
- Financial Management:
Handle invoicing, payments, bank liaisons, and collaborate with accounting firms to maintain impeccable financial records.
- Human Resources:
Oversee payroll processing, time attendance tracking, and social security matters.
Manage visa and work permit processes for international employees.
- Recruitment:
Assist to spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.
- BOI Management
Ensure timely BOI reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handling all administrative tasks relating to the office

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in combined admin, HR, and accounting roles
- Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or higher)
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Japanese language skills (able to understand what native speaker say) will be advantage
