【Job Description】
• MOSCA products and other related packaging equipment and materials from other manufacturers as approved by the company.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery on site.
• Visit target customers in a designated geographic area.
• All customer and technical related issues within the markets of Thailand as assigned by the company.
• Coordinate service and maintenance works.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of service and repairs activities according to Company’s standard.
• Timely submission of all necessary reports and other required paperwork. • Manage and control the inventory of spare parts.
• Liaise with Singapore office on parts deliveries and warranty issues.


【Qualification】
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in service field of industrial equipment (preferably packaging machinery, paper box, corrugated board or related industry)
• Must be a team player with good analytical skills, and a sound knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical components.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience and willing to learn new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
• Own car
