【Job Description】
- Daily customer care stationed in Thailand encompass communication via e-mail / phone calls / and onsite visits
- Build strong business relationships with existing and prospects customers
- Secure new business with customers through coordination with relevant internal teams within company.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, achieve job requirements & KPIs through professional coordination.
- To manage market database and analysis (including data entry and market research).
【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Age 24 - 35 years old, with working experience 5 years at least. Direct experince in Shipping Business is advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field; major International Logistics is advantage.
- Good communication skills of English (both writing & speaking)
- Computer literate in MS office package
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, Logical Thinking, and Active Team Work
- Self-motivation and Leadership Skills.
