【Job Description】
- Manage team to monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result
- Manage team to support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc.
- Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement)
- Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned
- Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan
- Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Age between 33-40 Years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathemattics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields
- Experience in auto leasing, rental car business is advantage
- Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 )
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- Advance in Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, Basic formula), Word, Powerpoint
- Good team management skills
- Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast
- Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation
- Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or strategic planing field is a must.

【Allowance & Benefit】

- TOEIC 600 up (1,500 - 3,000)

After probation 4 months

· Years of services less than 3 years = contribution 3%

Monday - Friday (8.30-17.30)
