【Job Description】
- To assist in the communication of spare parts inquiry.
- To handle PO, and DO.
- To attend to customers via phone and email.
- To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.
- To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas branches' requests and inquiries.
- Able to work in Bangpli / Samutprakarn area.
- To handle the preparation of repair invoice.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
【Qualification】
1. Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
2. 2 - 5 years relevant experience in sales administration, customer service or related field.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work as a team.
5. Good command of English (oral and written)
6. Good communication and organization skills.
7. Good command in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
8. Good skill in preparing report & presentation materials.
