【Job Description】
- Responsible for assigned customers including staff/assistant chief customers.
- Responsible for handling issue claims with sub-contractors and insurance companies.
- Managing suppliers and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Responsible for PR (Purchase Request) and following up on POs (Purchase Orders).
- Responsible for reporting.
- Managing stock accuracy at 100%.
- Support, control, and monitor working procedures to align with ISO/customer standards.
- Ensure no incidents related to back office (e.g., wrong documents).
- Act as PIC (Person in Charge) for submitting customs reports to customs officers twice a year.
- Handle other assigned duties.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Warehousing or related filed.
- At least 3 years of experiences in logistics and warehouse.
- Good command in English.
- Experiences in WMS system or Warehouse system.
- Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (Word, Excel formula, Power Point Presentation is a must).
