【Job Description】
-Representative of change management to receive a call, verbally, or Join Team meeting as User require.
-Manage and control, prepare and conduct change request / work plan.
-Clarify customer requirement and find out the solution base on existing device.
【Qualification】
- Male/Female Age 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecom Engineering
- Experianced with Network Operation job.
- Experianced with Network Administrator role
- Experiencd with Change Management Process
- Have CCNP, PCNSE, SNCF Certificates
- Have CompTIA, CEH Certificates
- Understanding concept of firewalls, access-lists, NAT
- Understand the role of each of network device, how they work to satify customer service.
- Understand multiband firewall & Load balancer concept.
- Understand a DHCP services.
- Understand routing protocol dynamic/.static.
- Good & Fair English skills.
- Computer skills.: Understand type of connection. Understanding concept of with DNS, DHCP, Loadbalance.
