【Job Description】
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone call and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
-Leading and mentoring project teams, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative environment.
-Involved the support operation flow to manage and follow-up incident/ticket information and communicate with internal stakeholder to ensuring issues are resolved.
-Analyze fleet management system to identify defect for improvement.
-Work with stakeholders/customer/user to understand their requirements and user needs
-Negotiate with stakeholders to make same understanding about specifications.
-Managing product returns and claims.
-Provide support and training and troubleshooting to stakeholder(technical user and non-technical user)
-Provide accurate and clear information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
-Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials
-Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to user requirements.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
-Effectively managing changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, communicating changes to stakeholders, and implementing necessary adjustments.
【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Business, Information Systems, or IT related field.
-Minimum 3-7 year of experience in BA, SA, or implementing IT project
-Proven experience in systems analysis or customer support with a strong preference for experience in IT/Application software
-Experience in software project management is a plus
-Knowledge of Fleet management, GPRS Tracking system is a plus
-Understand of common SDLC or Agile development
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire project teams, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions.
-Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts between stakeholders
-Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams and build strong relationships.
-Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
-Possess a growth mindset and a receptive attitude towards feedback, fostering continuous improvement
-Fluent in Thai and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
-Fluency in Japanese is highly preferred.
【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance : 500,600,700,800,1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year (Not fixed : Total payment in last year average 6.5 Month + special money 70,000 THB)
