【Job Description】
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans for the fleet management system, covering all features and functionalities to contribute the quality.
- Create and execute test cases for various scenarios and user workflows.
- Utilize various testing methodologies and techniques, including black-box testing, white-box testing, and regression testing.
- Thoroughly test the system for functionality, usability, compatibility, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and report bugs using a clear and concise format.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
- Track the progress of bug fixes and verify their effectiveness.
- Participate in overall system design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies, particularly those related to fleet management systems.
- Documentation and reporting of testing activities.
- Mentor and guide junior testers.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with experience in testing fleet management systems or similar applications.
-Proficiency in test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
-Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles.
-Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestLink) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
-Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to quality assurance.
-Passion for software testing and eagerness to learn new technologies.
-Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing techniques.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication(to technical and non- technical), collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
-Good command in English and computer literacy.
-(Optional) Good command in Japanese language

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance : 500,600,700,800,1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year (Not fixed : Total payment in last year average 6.5 Month + special money 70,000 THB)
