【Job Description】
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contract Renewals:
Proactively manage the renewal process, negotiating terms that align with client needs and company goals.
- Churn Prevention:
Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to retain them. Addressing any issues to prevent cancellations.
- Opportunity Expansion:
Explore and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze account performance against key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Support product promotion by delivering product value to customers as new functions are being released. Proposal of integration with other services to make Sansan become a business infrastructure.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality,Female, Age 25-35 years old
- At least 3 years of experience as B2B sales, customer success, consulting or account management (cloud services, intangible, SaaS products will be advantage)
- Experience of technical support of IT products
- Business level of English-speaking
