【Job Description】
▶HR Support
- HR, posting, first screening, fix interview date.
- New staff registration.
- Uniform inventory management.

▶Back Office Support
- Petty cash report and check.
- Input roster into time attendance management system.
- Report staff meal summary.
- Food and beverage inventory sheet update.
- Input inventory.
- Monthly routine physical document arrangement.
- Outlet allowance calculation.
- Reimbursement submission for director.
- Support office administration tasks.

▶Operation Support
- Monthly internal exam handling.
- POS management.
- Repair request handling and chasing.
- Reservation handling (Morning time).
- TMBZ management support.
- Contact with outlet relations (POS, delivery, premises management, cleaning company etc.).
- Supporting MKT team tasks.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality, Female, Age 23-28
- At least 2 years of experience as admin or HR
- Good at multi-task
- Business level of speaking English skill
