【Job Description】
- Prepare documents for monthly accounting and tax filing; manage payroll and social security filings.
- Prepare accounting reports in Japanese for the Japan HQ; draft and manage internal documents.
- Handle purchasing processes, including market research for cost comparisons and making payments.
- Issue sales documents, such as invoices, receipts, tax invoices, and certificates of completion.
- Translate documents (TH-JP / EN-JP) and coordinate with Japan HQ to resolve related issues.
- Interpret for the Japanese manager and HQ staff when communicating with the Thai team; assist Japanese staff with visa and residency matters.
- Manage human resources, including employee welfare, claims, and related tasks.
- Any other related jobs.

- Japanese skill: Business level
