【Job Description】
Managing and Reporting
-Prepare reports such as machinery stock reports, sales reports, market price data collection, sales progress updates, trends in auction prices for machinery in Japan and Thailand, and other related reports.
-Manage the used machinery business to achieve company-set goals and seek business opportunities to develop and drive the secondhand machinery business forward.
-Calculate sales prices, profit/loss, and approve closing prices to align with competitive conditions and company objectives.
-Monitor the market prices for secondhand machinery through various channels, including online media, brokers, and importers/dealers of used machinery.

Coordinating
-Coordinate with sales representatives to support sales, including preparing information on used machinery stock, images, prices, conditions, and other sale terms.
-Work with technical teams to gather images, condition reports, track repair work, and control costs, summarizing and reporting results.
-Coordinate and update sales information and market conditions with the used machinery team in Singapore and Japan.

Marketing
-Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare sales materials and advertisements for the company’s used machinery on social media, the internet, and other online platforms.
-Present and provide information to prospective buyers of used machinery, forward information to sales representatives, and track sales progress, issues, and challenges.

Dealing with Consignment and Overseas Partners
-Manage sales for consignment customers, including coordinating and preparing relevant documents.

Procurement
-Procure secondhand machinery both domestically and internationally for resale.
-Assess pricing and machinery conditions for purchase, repair costs, and set sales prices that align with market conditions.


【Qualification】
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineer, Marketing, Business Management etc.
- Experience at least 5 years in heavy machinery industry especially for excavator, wheel loader, trucks products.
- Experience in managing the coordinating of used machinery with efficient cost control in both domestic and overseas markets.
- Excellent technical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, good planning, and interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in machinery marketing analysis and import or export operation.
- Must have experience working with and coordinating well with multiple organizations.
- Knowledge of budget management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
